Main duties :
• Develop HR policies and procedures that are integrated with company strategies
• Develop internal training programs.

• Develop compensation and benefits packages.
• Manage and maintain implementation of all HR practices and policies.

• Coordinate with all department heads to implement HR organization-wide strategies and objectives
Job Requirements
• Proven work experience as a Regional HR Manager or similar role •
• Hands-on experience with performance management, compensation and benefit
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Leadership skills
• Min 20 years of experience
