Job Description
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Install, modify computer hardware , software and POS peripherals in the stores Clean up computers.
Provide technical advice and assistance to office staff as needed
Design and generate reports as requested
Responsible for maintenance and backup of internal development servers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree .
- Experience: At least 2 year experience in IT field
- Network principals knowledge ( network devices / IP Configurations / Troubleshooting)
- Microsoft Windows Operating systems knowledge
- Microsoft Office knowledge
