Ahl Masr Foundation located in New Cairo is hiring for the following position:
Job Title: Procurement Specialist
Job Type: Full-Time Job
We seek a highly skilled and qualified Procurement Specialist to join our team at Ahl Masr Foundation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the medical sector, with experience in hospitals and pharmaceuticals. Knowledge of SAP software is preferred, along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement within the healthcare sector.
The candidate must have a good command of the English language and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience in tendering and bidding processes is also required.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and products
- Assist in Developing and implementing procurement strategies to meet organizational needs
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms and prices
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure the quality and timely delivery of goods
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan procurement activities
- Manage the tendering and bidding process for procurement projects
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and contracts
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Supply Chain Management)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the healthcare sector
- Strong knowledge of the medical sector, hospitals, and pharmaceuticals
- Proficiency in SAP software is preferred
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Experience in tendering and bidding processes
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Team player with strong organizational skills.
