Job Description
- Communicating with customers before the tour to update pick-up timings and tour details.
- To stay connected with the customers during the tour, collect feedback and comments related to it.
- To make follow-up calls to the customers, check for their satisfaction, and request them to write a review about their experience with us.
- Analyze and resolve customer complaints, ensuring excellent service standards.
- Respond to customer inquiries efficiently, maintaining 100% customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- 1 year and above in a similar customer-oriented role.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- University Degree is a must.
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft programs.
