Job Requirements:
• Starting from 2 years or more with a mandatory experience mainly in recruiting for Call center / Telesales agents (Offshore, Nearshore and local accounts).
• Excellent or Fluent English level is a #must
• In-depth knowledge of candidates selection methods
• Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment process
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and professional websites.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience with (phone, online and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation.
