Responsibilities:
Qualified Mechanical Engineer with strong leadership, good communication skills and Hands-on Experience in Maintenance of mechanical Installations.
Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to work long hours, if situation demands.
Experience in handling emergency cases and conduct communications in a calm manner.
The ability to well perform under stress.
Ability to work in a collaborative and diverse team environment
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
· 4:8 years of experience in equipment management within the construction industry.
· Knowledge of construction processes, equipment requirements, and safety regulations.
· Proficiency in equipment management software and tools.
Real-estate background (IS a Must)
