*Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Delivery Supervisor to lead our delivery team. The Delivery Supervisor will be responsible for managing the delivery process, tracking orders, coordinating with delivery personnel, and resolving customer issues when escalations arise. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and have experience working in delivery operations.
*Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery team, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of orders.
- Track and monitor orders, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery.
- Collaborate with delivery team members to ensure all customer orders are handled properly.
- Handle escalations that the Delivery Coordinator is unable to manage, including direct contact with customers.
- Coordinate with third-party aggregators to streamline the delivery process.
- Maintain delivery logs and performance records for reporting and analysis.
- Train and guide delivery team members to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that all delivery procedures comply with the company’s standards and policies.
- Address and resolve any issues related to delivery, such as delays, order discrepancies, or customer complaints.
- Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency of the delivery process.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in delivery or logistics operations, ideally as a supervisor or team lead.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle escalations and customer complaints professionally and effectively.
- Familiarity with delivery tracking systems and third-party aggregator platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred.
