job Title: Senior Accountant (Bank & Accounts Receivable) – Real Estate & Construction Sector
Location: Cairo (Preferably New Cairo or surrounding areas)
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a reputable university.
A Postgraduate or Professional Certification (CPA, ACCA, etc.) is a plus.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in accounting, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting within the real estate and construction industry is a MUST.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels of the organization.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
