We are Hiring #HR_Specialist at Sky Hospital (Cleopatra El-Tagmoaa)
#Responsibilities:
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings,
resume screening, and interviewing candidates.
•Assistance in onboarding new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
•Support employee relations efforts by addressing employee concerns and providing guidance on HR policies
and procedures
•Administer performance management processes including evaluations and feedback.
•Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
•Implement HR initiatives that enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
•Assist in training and development programs for staff
#Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business
Administration, or related field.
• Min 1:3 years of experience in HR, preferably in healthcare organizations
• Strong knowledge of HR practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
