Alsafy Group is a dynamic and fast-growing organization dedicated to building a strong and diverse workforce. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and help us attract and retain top talent for both white- and blue-collar roles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both white- and blue-collar positions, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
* Lead mass hiring initiatives to support high-volume recruitment needs.
* Utilize various hiring platforms and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, and Forasna) to source and attract qualified candidates.
* Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide strategic solutions.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
* Stay updated on industry trends and innovative recruitment strategies to enhance the hiring process.
Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years in talent acquisition, with expertise in hiring for both white- and blue-collar roles.
* Mass Hiring: Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns.
* Tools: Hands-on experience using online recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
* Location: Resides in or near New Cairo.
* Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
