Location: New Cairo
Employment Type: Full-time
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
🔹 Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
🔹 Develop and implement effective hiring strategies.
🔹 Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
✅ Proven experience in recruitment and HR operations
✅ Strong understanding of labor laws and best HR practices.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
