Top Business is hiring “HR personnel coordinator”
Job location: Sheraton
responsibilities
· Re Prepare HR documents, including employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.
· Communicate and follow up with governmental entities (Labor Office/Social Insurance Office).
· Maintain records of personnel-related data (Employee database, etc.) based on labor law.
· Prepare and submit insurance forms (Form 1 and Form 6) to Social Insurance.
· Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
· Provide information on company offerings and assist customers in their usage.
· Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements for enhanced satisfaction.
· Assist in the orientation process of new hires.
· Assist with HR reporting and data analysis as required.
· Stay updated with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with HR practices.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources business administration, or a related field.
· Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
· Minimum 1 year Experience
· Proficient in MS Office.
· Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
· Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work independently or in a team.
· Confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
