Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent international degree.

Significant experience including statutory reporting expertise.

Demonstrated experience and understanding of tax and compliance processes and requirements.

People/Staff and/or project management expertise.

Strong command in English and Arabic.

Proficiency in MS Suite.

Prior audit experience at big four or international big four auditor’s firm.

Desired Characteristics

Prior work experience in META region.

CPA or equivalent other accounting graduate preferred.

Good Interpersonal and leadership skills.

Ability to work in a global matrix team environment.

Good planning and organizational skills.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

Established project management skills.

Must be a self-starter, team player, work well with others and have a positive attitude.

Must be a creative thinker, results oriented, focused, and attentive to detail and accuracy.
