To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical science, holding MBA / CRM is much preferable.
8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or management role.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers.
