We are looking to employ a detail-oriented and experienced HR recruitment specialist
As part of a human resources team, a Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for the entire recruiting cycle and undertakes all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires.
Recruitment Specialist responsibilities include connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications, and supporting hiring managers.
Ultimately, a Recruitment Specialist is responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Job Requirements
· Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
· Very Good in English.
· 3 years of experience.
· Bachelor's degree in an HR field
· HR or recruitment experience
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Location: Obour City, Cairo.
working Hours: 8.
Weekend: 2 days off
