PRE DEVELOPMENTS is hiring "IT Help Desk" with the following "Job Description":
1- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person
2- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers
3- Resolve network connectivity problems
4- Install, configure, and update software applications
5- Provide remote support using remote access tools
6- Perform user account management, including creating and updating accounts, resetting passwords, and managing permissions
7- Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets
8- Document technical issues and resolutions in the help desk ticketing system
9- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed
10- Provide excellent customer service to end-users
"Requirements"
- [1/2] years of experience in a similar IT Help Desk role
MCSA,CCNA
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and software, networking, and troubleshooting
- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office, and other productivity software
-Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
