Overview Of The Role
Talent Acquisition Responsibilities include attracting, assessing, and engaging skilled calibers.
What you will do
- Work Closely with line Managers to understand required roles.
- Determine the convenient recruiting channels for sourcing.
- Provide shortlisted candidates promptly with Solid quality and adherence to role requirements.
- Manage the follow- up with line Managers and HRBPs to ensure a smooth interviewing process.
- Handle the recruitment process on SAP SuccessFactors.
- Update weekly and monthly recruitment databases and reports.

Job requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration or any related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (white and blue collars)
- FMCG background is preferable.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Very good in Microsoft Office.
