Job Responsibility
- To follow up and implement accurately the legal legislation in the countries under his responsibility with the support of country's law offices and to check that they are put into practice
- To follow up and apply the monthly extract of the employees in the countries under his responsibility (wage information, annual leave, report, payment, bank and account information, social aid payments, legal deduction rates, overtime work etc.)
- Makes sure that the information of the employees included in HR System are up-to-date and complete, determines and completes the deficiencies. Makes social security notifications of the new employees or the employees who left their jobs within the legal time or makes sures that they are made. Takes the final versions of payroll excel backups after the closing of payroll period each month, checks the finance teams and sends them to head office.
- To make agreements, to take and archive backups and to make internal and external audits by complying with the internal audit calendar, prepares the required information and documents and supports the audit teams and shares the audits of legal organizations with the head office before the audit and makes sure that the process is managed efficiently.
