HR Senior Manager is needed to be hired in a trading & manufacturing chemicals company in Alexandria Cairo Desert Road
Job description/ duties:
- HR Strategy
- HR operating model, HR Technology, and structure
- HR Activities (Talent acquisition, L&D, C&B, PMS and HR service delivery)
- HR policies, procedures
- Organization design, development, and Change management
- Organization Culture and environment development
Qualifications:
- University degree with post-studies MBA-DBA will be an asset
- HR Professional certificate (PHRI-HRSCP-HRCI)
- Experience is not less than 15 years preferred in industrial companies with at least 5 years in HR managerial position
- Proven track with HR transformation and HR leadership
