Payroll Specialist at Target Recruitment & HR Solutions


Job Details

Experience Needed: 2 To 5 Years


Job Requirements

  1. Handle daily payroll operations, including collecting, verifying timekeeping information, and processing payroll.
  2. Follow up with clients for Time and Attendance submissions.
  3. Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc.
  4. Receive approval from upper management for payments when needed.
  5. Prepare and execute the pay slips.
  6. Process taxes and payment of employee benefits.
  7. Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates and new hires information etc.
  8. Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and managers.
  9. Prepare reports for upper management .
  10. Maintain the highest level of employee confidentiality and protect payroll operations by keeping all private information confidential.
  11. Prepare and submit paper payroll checks for employees who do not have bank account
  12. Collect banking information for direct deposit set up and initiate deposits on paydays.
  13. Follow up from hiring to resignation cycle with HR department
  14. Maintain, enter, and audit new or modified information.
