-Assistance with day-to-day management of Human Resources Operation
-Responsible for the recruitment process from job posting, contacting -candidates, pre-screen candidates, conducting the first interviews and other recruitment related tasks
-Assist with on boarding and off boarding of staff
-Compile data, statistics and other information to support HR programs and functions
-Assist with the implementation of new processes and procedures
Requirements:
-2-3 years’ experience of experience in HR
-Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources, HR Diploma OR certificates are must
-Proficient computer skills,
-Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic is required
-Strong Analytical Skills
-High attention to detail and time management skills
