Recruitment Executive at LC Waikiki
The Role
- Manage recruitment processes for head office and store positions.
- Ensure timely completion of recruitment procedures to meet staffing needs.
- Source candidates through various channels and evaluate applications.
- Conduct interviews and assessments according to procedures.
- Coordinate assessment and development center activities.
- Verify references and extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Oversee operational procedures during recruitment.
- Manage equipment needs for new hires.
- Monitor trial periods and handle employee departures.
- Collaborate with operational teams to determine position requirements.
- Ability to prepare and conduct training sessions on relevant HR topics when needed.
- Handle assignment announcements for employees.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
- Prepare HR recruitment reports for headquarters.
- Manage internal communication processes.
- Conduct store visits and report findings- if requested
- Follow internal documents (Procedures, Instructions, Announcements, Internal Correspondence, etc.)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5-7 years of recruitment and HR operations experience.
- Proficiency in recruitment processes and HR software.
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent English language skills.
