We're hiring #IT_Specialist for a Multinational company in 6th of October city.
Responsibilities:
•Build and establish strong partnerships with teams, vendors, and contractors.
•Coordinated with stakeholders, customers, vendors, and team members to ensure successful implementation of projects.
•Create project plans with established timelines, assigned to appropriate teams and managed workflow throughout construction.
•Monitored the progress of the project by tracking activities and resolving issues that arose during the execution phase.
•Attend meetings with internal team members, consultants, and contractors.
•Identified needs and coordinated resource allocation to deliver quality standards on time and within budget.
•Managed large-scale IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring all deadlines were met.
•Develop project plans that included timelines and deliverables, identified resources needed, and estimated costs for each project.
•Documented all processes involved in implementing IT projects according to industry standards.
• Managed contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
•Conducted evaluations of hardware and software solutions to develop estimates, negotiate contracts, and make effective selections.
•Handling and reviewing JSOX reports with Europe service desk governors & preparing reports of internal & and external audits with E&Y
•Responsible for escalating issues between helpdesk team and network, AD, exchange, and other central teams
Requirements:
1-Experience Level: 3-5 years in IT field
2-Excellent commands of English
3-Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
4-Excellent communication skills
