HR Personnel Specialist is required to join Bevatel company
Location: Dokki
Job Description:
1- Follow up the weekly attendance of employees through the attendance system "Fingerprint machine".
2- Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring documents, termination and leaves.
3- Responsible for keeping employees hiring documents completed.
4- Follow up and data entry for every transaction on the attendance system.
5- Provide periodic reports about employee’s regularity and review employees vacation, absence, attendance, sick leave,…etc.
6- Control the vacation system and track the vacation balance of all employees.
7- Manage penalty system according to the labor law and maintain penalty records up to date and give advice to management about it.
8- Update and archive all performance management system documents and ensure the confidentiality of them.
9- Handle all social insurance activities.
10- Respond to employee’s requests and answering it.
11- Act and deal with employees in a friendly way to be able to identify their needs.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, law or any relevant field
- Excellent Knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law & Social and Medical Insurance procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office programs specially Excel and Word
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills
- Multitasking skills and focus on top priorities.
