Need to hire: HR Business Partner. "2 Vacant"
Location: 10th of Ramadan
Main Duties:
• Ensure that all HR practices are implemented in right way in the factory.
• Support factory teams in daily issues.
• Review and update the hiring needs from each factory.
• Acting as vocal point between the factory and HR team and supporting personnel issues.
• Managing full recruitment process and Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Develop & Review and update job descriptions and job specifications for every position and send to talent management head for reviewing and final approval.
• Updating and modify the monthly Org. chart and send to talent management head for review and confirmation.
• Preparing monthly reports included the recruitment status reports, open vacancies, time to fill, offer acceptance rate, turnover report, source of hire, selection rate, vacancies completion rate, Yield ratio reports, sourcing channel cost and factory issues rate.
Qualifications:
• BSc in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant field
• Minimum experience in recruitment from 5 years.
• Manufacturing Background is a must.
• Proven experience in mass recruitment.
• Proven experience in selection techniques.
• Excellent oral and written skills in English and ability to communicate
effectively
• Very good Computer skills (Microsoft Office).
