El Attal Holding is hiring Sr. Talent Acquisition & OD Specialist :-
#Key_Duties:
1-Conduct the job analysis to create and update clear job descriptions in order to hire, train, compensate, and evaluate the employees.
2-Responsible for ensuring all staff are recruited and trained in accordance with the HR Policies & Procedures to meet company needs and objectives.
3-Create and update Organization Charts and reflects any changes occurred such as (New Hires, Promotions, Transfers, rotations, and Resignations) and sharing with the concerned department managers.
4-Prepare and analyze statistical HR reports & documents within a specific time-frame as requested by management.
5-Review and update the policy and procedures for approval by the management in the light of changes to the labor law or company regulations.
6- Coordinate the hiring of new staff members and interns including recruitment, hiring, orientation and on-boarding process.
7-Responsible for the whole recruitment process, including the job posting, reviewing resumes, interviews, job offers, and hiring
8-Keep the documentation & reporting of the recruitment process up to date. .
9-Conduct exit interviews and analyzes the related monthly reports to identify the exit reasons and reduce & maintain turnover rate.
#Job_Requirements:
-(3-5) years of experience in the HR field especially in the Talent acquisition.
-Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
-Excellent Negation skills
-Experience in CONSTRUCTION industry is a huge plus.
