We're looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team at El Sewedy Industries Group, with the below responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across various industries.
- Source and screen candidates using various methods, including social media recruiting, job boards, and employee referrals.
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
Negotiate compensation packages and extend offers to successful candidates.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the organization.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
- Create and maintain dashboards to visualize key recruitment metrics and identify trends.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Post Graduate Diploma / Certification is a PLUS
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a talent acquisition in various Industries.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent in various industries in recruitment agency
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
